Microbiological Criteria for Food with an emphasis on Listeria monocytogenes - Wales

Who should attend?

Local authority food safety officers in Wales, responsible for official controls of chilled food products, who want to update and refresh their knowledge and the practical application of microbiological criteria requirements.

How much does it cost?

Attendance on this course is available to local authority Environmental Health Practitioners in Wales free of charge. (This course is not available to students or for EHPs who are not employed by local authorities).

Every effort will be made to accommodate those who have registered an interest in attending the course, however this may not be possible where the course is over subscribed. Priority will be given to local authority officers in the Welsh region where the training is being undertaken.

This event is accredited with 5 hours and 30 minutes of CIEH CPD. In order to obtain your CPD certificate you will be asked to fill an online questionnaire to evaluate the course. Upon completion of the questionnaire, your CPD will be sent to you by e-mail within a week.
